Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Media Creator to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital media trends. As a Digital Media Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing compelling digital content across various platforms. This is not a remove position.
Responsibilities:

Develop creative and engaging digital media content, including videos, images, and interactive elements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into content creation.

Create and edit multimedia content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image across all platforms.

Work with marketing and communication teams to align content strategies with overall business goals.

Utilize various tools and software for video editing, graphic design, and animation to enhance content quality.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Stay informed about copyright and intellectual property laws to ensure compliance in content creation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Media Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse content.

Proficient in using multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) and other relevant tools.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and audience behavior.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
